Acceptance of Terms

By accessing a88com at a88com.ws or by creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Using the platform in any way — browsing, depositing, or playing — counts as acceptance.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not register or continue using the site. a88com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated version.

Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or place any wager on a88com. We do not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

You are also responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. a88com primarily serves players in Bangladesh, and you confirm that you access the platform of your own free will and that it is legal for you to do so.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on a88com. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or bKash/Nagad wallet — are not permitted and may result in permanent suspension.

What you must provide

• Your real full name, as it appears on your National ID Card (NID) or passport
• A valid phone number linked to your mobile banking wallet
• A unique, secure password known only to you

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential at all times
• Notify a88com support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
• Keep your contact and payment details up to date
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity carried out under your account

a88com is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your password or failing to secure your device.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Funds must come from a payment source registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity will be voided and reported. a88com is not a bank or financial institution; deposited funds do not earn interest.

Withdrawals & Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum you may withdraw in a single day is ৳90,000 (Bronze tier; higher limits apply to Silver and above — see the VIP section). Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used to deposit.

Processing times

Standard withdrawals are processed in approximately 9 minutes once approved. Your first-ever withdrawal may take up to 6 hours due to our initial KYC review. Subsequent withdrawals are faster once your identity is verified.

KYC requirement

Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit one of the following: a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours. Any withdrawal request placed before KYC is approved will be held until verification is complete.

Bonus & Wagering Rules

All bonuses offered by a88com — including the first-deposit welcome bonus — are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. These rules protect both players and the platform from abuse.

Key bonus conditions

• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, or IP address
• Bonus funds must be wagered 16 times before withdrawal is permitted
• Wagering must be completed within 7 days or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• a88com may withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice
• Bonus abuse — including bet-hedging across markets to clear wagering — will result in bonus cancellation

Gameplay & Fair Use

All games on a88com use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by our game providers: Ezugi, Red Tiger, JILI, Spribe, and JDB. RTP figures shown on each game page are theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed returns for any single session.

Players agree to use games for personal entertainment only. Any strategy, software, or technique designed to gain an unfair mechanical advantage — including bots, automated betting scripts, or exploiting software bugs — is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent ban:

• Opening more than one account
• Using someone else's payment details to deposit or withdraw
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Colluding with other players in live casino games
• Threatening or abusing support staff
• Attempting to reverse a completed payment through your bank or mobile wallet
• Providing false information during registration or KYC

Account Suspension & Closure

a88com may suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms. When an account is suspended for a rule breach, any pending withdrawals will be held during the investigation. If the breach is confirmed, bonus balances will be forfeited. Any genuine deposit balance — not mixed with bonus funds — will be returned to the original payment source after the investigation.

Privacy & Data

Limitation of Liability

a88com provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by: internet outages, server maintenance, delays caused by third-party payment processors, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability to any player for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the net deposits you have made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
